The late-night show host 52-year-old Max Baumbacher (Tobias Moretti) wakes up one morning with an unusually deep, almost magical voice. The word about this unprecedented change spreads like wildfire within a very short time worldwide and prompts him hide himself from the public eye in his manager's Spanish villa. When Max meets the young, crazy Fida (Elit işçan) and his depressed son Damian (Lenz Moretti) from a previous relationship unexpectedly pays him a visit, Max has to face his past.
